My background as a mental health counsellor has shaped the way I work—recognizing that stress, anxiety, and life experiences often live within the body as tension, discomfort, and dysregulation.
My focus is on supporting the nervous system through integrative somatic techniques that address both physical and emotional well-being. Each session is personalized, intuitive, and grounded in creating a safe space for your body to unwind and restore.
